Care 4U Transportation provides transport within the entire San Diego County area. If you are located outside of San Diego County and we are unable to provide transport for you, we will refer you to a provider that services your residential area.

Our regular hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. For assistance after 6:00 p.m., please contact our office.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. However, we also have an after-hours answering service for any questions or inquiries that you may have.

Yes, we can provide transportation for long distance trips to and from San Diego. Please email or call our office to set up travel arrangements.

We do our very best to dispatch same-day calls, however, it is always best to make reservations as early as possible.

Of course! Companions and caregivers can ride along at no additional charge.

If at all possible, all reservations should be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. If for some reason you are unable to do so and must book your travel last minute, please call: (858) 564-9069.

We accept all major forms of payment, such as checks, cash and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay in cash, we will still need to keep a credit card on file in order to secure your reservation. We can also bill your insurance provider with prior authorization.

Absolutely. In fact, Care 4U Transportation exceeds California’s insurance coverage requirements.
